Johnny is a great technician! Does a good job and pleasant to talk to. I first went to him last year with my husband just before our wedding for double mani / pedis. That was back when Johnny and his brother were at Aria Nails in Brooklyn before closing down and moving to Maple Heights. Last year was fun but it was clear that that location just didn't get a lot of business so I understand why they decided to move to the Maple Heights location. We went here yesterday morning (Friday) and it got crowded quickly but my husband and I were lucky as we were the third customers in so we were put in a chair right away.
Anyway, the pricing is the best around...$40 for a mani/pedi is a steal! The work is pretty good and the technicians are pleasant. The place could use a little dusting and it would be great if they offered eyebrow waxing service. They are located next to a restaurant so with the door open, expect some flies getting in. Also, like I said earlier this place gets crowded and although they have several technicians available it may be your best bet to get their early (before the shop even opens) or just go on a day where there's less busy like the beginning of the work week.
Maple Heights is a quite a drive from Lakewood but for the great pricing and Johnny, I would make the trip every once in a while. For a typical and inexpensive nail salon, this is among the best. Also, its great that they cater to men as well!
