  • I've been doing carry out here for about a year. Mainly pizza, delish and an occasional spaghetti. Decided to ditch the sweats and put on my big girl pants and eat in last night. Seriously, the food here is awesome. The service was just okay, even though the place was not packed. Our waiter was nice, but a bit absent. Honestly, once our food arrived, it didn't really matter. I ordered the Pasta Pomodoro and truly the BEST pasta I've ever had in a restaurant. I grew up in Chicago and in an Italian family and community and it's saying a lot. I'm very particular about my pasta and this was amazing. My husband had the Baked Ziti and our son went for the Chicken Parmesan. Their entrees were also good and large enough portions to take home leftovers for all. If you're looking for that truly authentic, tucked away, family Italian Restaurant, look no further. If you're a chain restaurant, Olive Garden type of person, you won't find that stuff here. Would give more stars if I could.
