  • I agree with the latest review, that $49 diagnose fee, is Ridicolous. I called and someone did pick up and was about to send someone over to my home. Next thing I knew they did not disclose the fees! I heard good reviews about this place, but so far it has not impressed me. I have now gone with a plumbing company that offers a free estimate and no pressure, the way it should be! Be careful about their fees!
