  • I was less than impressed with this store. As they were getting ready to open in their new location (next to Changing Hands in Tempe) they had limited hours of operation to accept clothing. In addition, you have to make an appointment and bring things on hangers. As a mom I would stop in first thing in the morning and they weren't open until 9 or 9:30 (I honestly don't remember the time. I just know I drove by and they were never open). The front desk girl was unfriendly and lacked customer service. I learned the lack of customer service to be true with other staff members, too. As a Tempe location, I guess I expected more...more friendliness, more character and well...just more overall! The staff member who accepts the clothes was very belittling and did not explain the policy. When I asked her a question after reading the policy she quickly responded, "It's all right here," as she points to the writing that I...yep...JUST READ! I have 4 items there and will never go back to consign with them. I'd rather donate to a charity who is grateful for the items.
