  • Been here a few times when visiting the Queen street area. I always seem to feel like I'm losing out in something when I visit this specific location. For one thing, the original milk tea isn't on special here as with other locations. No matter where I order an original black milk tea, it is always Brown in color. This one was white, almost cream. I asked as to why it was different than usual, and they said that the color would be even lighter if they used green tea. I don't know if they were afraid to add more tea or they try to cut back on everything as much as possible, but I felt a little ripped off today. And didn't enjoy my favourite drink as much as usual. My bf also complained of the taro smoothie being too watery even though milk was supposed to be the base of a smoothie?
