  • I love my ring but the service here was sub par. The sales guy was great but his manager was a bit of a prick. My sales guy was very personable and I really enjoyed my time with him but his manager kept giving him a look and creeping around implying for him to just make the sale and get me out of there. The place wasn't even busy. He even had to apologize for his managers behavior because it was so obvious. I was told my ring would come in on a certain date and they never called so I called to check. Had to call about 5 times because no one would answer. The lady who answered had a bad attitude that I was checking in even though it was 2 days after they told me I could pick it up. I went in finally and wasn't even greeted and had the same manager and some lady standing right in front of me while they chatted and ignored me. Finally got my ring and the manager even wasn't going to give me a box for it. He didn't even ask me to try it on to make sure it fit! I told him I need to see it all and try it on first before he kicked me out the door. I would not come back here and won't recommend. Love my ring but for what I paid, I expected better service.
