  • I received a call from a guy named BJ from this company. He explained that they were looking to expand to the Reno area and would like a to meet with us to offer a bid on the project (AC installation). My husband who works late got up early to meet him and BJ didn't show up or call, nothing. I called the company an hour after he was supposed to arrive and the person who answered the phone was very polite and took all my information assuring me BJ would call soon with a reasonable explanation. I understand things happen, I have certainly had a flat tire or gotten the wrong date for an appointment. They never called us back with any explanation at all and it's been weeks, if they can't show up for a quote or even return a call I would never trust them with expensive work in my home.
