  • Drive-Thru service at this BK is totally unacceptable. My last 2 visits in the drive thru after paying for the food I was advised to go park at the front door to get my food (observed this same behavior with other vehicles as well). The first visit was a single item and the 2nd visit was a 2 items (nothing special needed to be done). Unless there is a trend I'm not aware of isn't it logical to wait for your non-special request food at the drive thru window?? If not BK Corp needs to visit this location stat!
