  • I came here with my soon-to-be-married galfriend in search of a particular bridesmaid dress she wanted us to try on for her wedding. We made an appointment, as recommended to assure that we'd receive the best service. When we walked in for our initial appointment, I saw maybe two ladies who looked like they might be employees (they had tape measures around their necks), and we stood there and waited for about 5 minutes before we were greeted. (Keep in mind- we went on a weekday evening, so it wasn't busy at all). Without asking if we were looking for anything in particular, The lady directed us to the bridesmaid's dress area- which was shockingly small. After looking through the [lack of] selection they offered, we kind of got the idea that we'd walk out empty handed if we hadn't found THE dress already. It took a good 10-15 minutes before we were greeted by our "consultant", who was of little help at all. She just asked us what dress it was that we wanted, pointed it out to us, and left to tend to something else. Didn't ask the bride for any details of her wedding, didn't offer any other similar styles, or even a fitting room to try the dresses on. Thankfully another consultant walked by and led us to a room. We all tried on the sample size, which presumably didn't fit all of our party. In the midst of our "oh I'm so fats" and questioning of the dress, our assigned consultant never came to check on us or do any measurements. We had to find HER, and ask her for assistance. After the goose chase and getting measured we decided this was our dress. Three days later I received a phone call saying my dimensions fit perfectly into one size smaller than I had ordered. I'm practical, and I certainly know my health habits and told the consultant I'd stick with the larger size. We end the conversation, and I get the same call and question two weeks later. Kind of irritating, as we'd assumed the dresses had been ordered by this time. Well thank god i DID order the larger size, because I fit right into it perfectly. Had any of us ordered a size smaller (per over-the-phone recommendation), we would have been in serious trouble. Come to find while picking up my dress that this particular line of dresses (B2 by Jasmine) is geared more towards junior sizes. Would have been nice to know beforehand. Also would have been nice to have prior knowledge of their alterations "deadline", as we are now having to go elsewhere due to the rather late arrival of said dresses. I'm giving MB a three star rating only because our dresses arrived in good condition, and because my dear friend is happy with the end result. Everything else about our experience was sub-par. As a first reviewer, I hope your experience is a better one!
