I had a couple of issues in the past with the online ordering system but after my previous review they reached out to me to make things right. They were courteous and eager to fix the problem by offering my next prescription at no cost. They also signed me up for their new MyDiamondback online portal where I can manage my pet's prescriptions, I look forward to using it in the future.

I've been going here for a couple of years but lately diamondback's service has been quite disappointing. Their new prescription refill system does not work. Whether you place the refill yourself or the doctor does it. I've been having to place my refill way ahead of time to account for their errors, because now I just know they won't have my order ready on time. Or they won't even have received my order at all. So unprofessional. I had to have my vet call in my dog's prescription 3 times this week because of Diamondback's system. This is NOT okay. It's his medicine that he needs. This is not a game. I advise all customers to place orders well ahead of time, and call in to check on your orders! Diamondback cannot be trusted to have your babies' medicine ready in time.
