This is like a Chipotle that's not really a Chipotle. The layout looks familiar, the food choices are the same...
...but that's where it ends. This is the slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. All three visits have been annoyingly slow. We're talking five people back from the tortilla steamer and it STILL took fifteen minutes to get through the line.
The counter workers had to be corrected repeatedly by those around me. (I.e. "I asked for fajita veggies..." Or "double chicken, remember?" Or my own "could I have more lettuce than that?" when she put about eight shreds on my bowl.)
Even the food lacks. The chips are usually more chewy than crispy, the chicken tastes...different, and the steak chunks were so big my husband had to go get a knife and cup up the pieces.
It's just not worth it. I'd rather drive thirty minutes the other way to McMurray.
