| - Welp. The first two times I went there for an oil change, no problems. Got my battery changed in a pinch one time as well. The time before last, however, my car smelled like somebody smoked a blunt inside after I picked it up. This most recent visit, they told me my battery would need to be replaced soon...so when I told them I had just purchased a new battery from them 8 months ago, they started backtracking pretty quickly. Whoops.
Then when they brought the car back to me, the glove box was hanging open. I tried to close it, but no dice. Broken. Went back in, asked if they knew what happened, guy came out, located a spring that was slightly out of place, then told me I could fix it myself at home. I should never have driven that car off the premises with that glove box broken. My biggest mistake.
Turns out they broke a vital piece of the plastic latching mechanism, not the spring. So until I order a new part for that glove box latch, it will remain broken as a memorial to that super helpful employee of theirs. Thanks guy. Gold star.
All in all, my experiences started off fine, then ended with a broken glove box that they told me to fix myself and a hard sell on a battery they had just replaced for me. But to their credit, most of their employees had been friendly and polite. Just watch your glove box :)
