  • Kyle is a stand up guy. He stands by his work even if it isn't his fault. I bought some wheels, and had them mounted by his shop back in 2015. I had the tires rotated by Coulter Cadillac in late 2016 be for a trip. This was the only time the wheels were removed from this vehicle. It took them forever to do the work 3hrs. They said they had trouble with the sensors. "This is a common occurrence with after market wheels." I have since stopped going to Coulter. I just had new tires put on at Arrowhead Cadillac, "Great place" and my service coordinator comes and gets me immediately after it's in the shop. One tire is missing a lug completely, it the wrong lugs all the way around, "The lungs were for a steel wheel." and one lug on every tire doesn't even tighten down. Essentially leaving it with only 4 lugs per tire, and 1 tire isn't even centered on the hub. Nice job Coulter Cadillac. I call Kyle the owner of The Lift Shop and explain everything. It's almost 5 o'clock, Kyle says come on down let's take a look. Kyle and the guys stay after closing, and without any complaints, but baffled as to how this could of happened. Fixed everything at no charge, and said thanks for your business. Now that the kind of business I'll tell my friends about, and continue to repeat my business with. THANKS! to Kyle and the guys in your shop for going the extra mile.
