  • Take a deep breath before you go in here because, after you come out, no other restaurant in this town (or many others) will compare. The food is phenomenal because it is inventive, always consistent, and simply delicious. The menu approach is so perfect because it encourages you to experience so many different flavors and textures in the same sitting. The service is so spot on between casual and knowledgeable that they should be training everyone in town in how to provide people with an exceptional customer experience each and every time. Lastly, the drinks and the bar program are inspiring to anyone who loves great cocktails crafted with both passion and skill. Everything from the classics to the originals (and everything in between) will make you believe that you have been transported to NYC or Chicago, or SF. If you haven't been here, go here now and keep going. If you have been here, go back often, and (like me) try to find any excuse you can to keep going back.
