  • DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE. They tell you the warranty will be covered FOREVER, but when trying to get our furniture repaired, they pick up furniture at 11PM. Repair time was 7-14 business days and now it's been 28 business days. No communication whatsoever with this company. They send you to some ghetto call center where they have ZERO customer service skills. Doing you a favor, do not visit these stores at any location, you will deal with the same call center/warranty policies. Also AVOID JACKIE SERRATA. She will NOT resolve any discrepancies.
