**UPDATE** 09/19/14 A few days after I posted this review, I received a message from business owner, Kristal L., apologizing for my experience and said she wants to try and see if going back again will change my opinion. I haven't been back yet but I am very impressed by her professionalism and intend on visiting sometime soon. This left a very good impression on me.
My experience here was just "meh". I went here for a work lunch. It was my first time.
Service: It was pretty good. Servers were very attentive and quick to refill drinks. The servers seemed bored to be there which, I know it's a job, but part of serving is delivering an experience.
Food: My favorite part of the meal was a strawberry lemonade. I also received a small bowl of assorted berries (which I loved) because I ordered a gluten free pasta. I ordered the fettucini Alfredo with white sauce and asked for the gluten free option they offer. The server didn't tell me it would be rotini instead of fettucini which was disappointing. Also, I love al dente but these noodles had way too much crunch.
I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience and I have no intention of going back.
