  • This was an interstate move from Phoenix to Los Angeles requiring selected items to be loaded from a storage unit in my absence and delivered to me. Camelback (Andrew and Josie) was very patient during the six months prior in that I had to plan a trip to Phoenix in order to personally remove certain other small items I wanted to move myself. When the time came, they sprang into action. Andrew met me at the storage unit to document which items I wanted Camelback to move. Then it was just a matter of when they had another shipment coming to Los Angeles because they accommodated me by including my few items with another load. Within one week, my items were scheduled for pick up and delivery. Chance and Joe were my movers. They were very friendly, polite, and professional. Chance communicated with me every step of the way. He called to inform me when they planned to arrive at the storage unit and called me from the storage unit to confirm the items to be loaded and returned the door keys to the storage facility office as instructed. After completing the first delivery, they had time to deliver my items the same day instead of the next day as scheduled, which was more convenient for me. The furniture pieces were securely wrapped and padded and arrived in perfect condition. There were no extra fees or hidden charges. I paid exactly what Andrew and I had agreed upon which I considered a very fair price. Making arrangements long distance can be stressful, but the service I received from Camelback was reassuring from the moment I first contacted them. The staff went out of its way to accommodate my needs. Being able to avoid the hassle and pressure involved in renting a truck, driving to and/or from my destinations, hiring labor to load in Phoenix and unload in Los Angeles, etc. was a tremendous relief. Thank you, Camelback, for providing outstanding service with a smile.
