  • This cleaner, like most downtown dry cleaners, don't clean on-site. They ship clothes away for cleaning and they are really nothing more than a middleman. This means that it's difficult to compare the quality of care among them, since most of them end up using the same commercial-cleaners. Having said that, the lady here is rude and always grumpy, and doesn't seem to appreciate customers. Although I am a regular customer, I wish there was another place to go nearby.
