  • The Solon Dunkin Donuts used to be the best ever! The young cashier ( who had more work ethic than all the current workers combined) would have my coffee waiting at the counter for me when she saw my car pull in. In and out in 5 seconds flat. Now, you better give yourself a half hour and don"t expect a correct order... if you even get your order. They take your order ( a coffee...one....coffee...) they shuffle you down to the "order pick up" area which becomes extremely congested thanks to the terrible remodel, where they keep you waiting and waiting and waiting, then forget you even ordered anything. Its not even like they see you waiting there over that high counter. The lady at the register told me she couldn't make my coffee and send me off on my merry way because she was "just the cashier"...just the cashier??? since when doesn't the Dunkin Donuts cashier get your coffee??? So she stood around and did NOTHING while I waited and waited and waited for my coffee. Anyways, This place is JUNK!!!! I love my DD in the morning but the hassle isn's worth the reward anymore. Very disappointing.
