Was very disappointed by the flowers my wife received on Valentines Day. The store called my wife's work asking when she would be in, come to find out they were very rude to the hostess that answered the phone. The flowers my wife brought home, were not even near to what I had ordered. When I called to discuss this with the floral shop, I was treated very rudely and disrespectful. I was put on hold during mid sentence and when she got back on phone, I asked for a manager and she hung up on me. Than after calling back, I continued to tell them that we received the wrong flowers. She continued to say, we do not offer refunds an that she would give us 10% off out next order! Are you kidding me?! We just spent $100.00 on flowers that we did not order. Ridiculous customer service!!! We will NEVER again use this company!! Definitely need to stick with "The Cottage" we have never had a problem there...that's what I get for trying something new. What a joke! Does not even deserve a 1 star!
