  • I just had them out because my gas fireplace was not staying on. I told him they were out last year and it was the switch. It turns out the glass at the bottom was not latched. He did not charge me because he said he didn't really do anything. What great service, I don't know of any companies that do that. I would highly recommend them. My son also had them out to his house and said they did an excellent job of installing their fireplace.
