My husband and I ordered take-out from this restaurant which was our first time eating here. There was only one number listed on their menu but when we went to go pick up our order, they said they didn't have any order for us. The hostess said that number was for their Southpark location. WEIRD! Why would they have one number listed on their menu with no location information? How is one to know that it was for another location? So we re-ordered. They were able to get us our order very quickly.
I gave this place 3 stars but I really would have preferred to give them 4. The reason they only received 3 stars is because their dining room is really small and their staff isn't very organized or friendly. This is a very busy restaurant (Ballantyne area) and the minute you walk in the hostess station is staring you in the fee. This causes a traffic jam of people going in different directions in and out of the door. People sit there with the door open not able to allow others to walk out. The hostess was a deer in headlights and wasn't friendly at all.
On a good note, the food was fantastic. I ordered the Orange French Toast with raspberry sauce and an order of the sage chicken sausage. Although, there wasn't anything orange about it which was disappointing. The French Toast itself was just ok but the sauces made up for it. My husband got the fried egg sandwich with potatoes and biscuit. Everything was very fresh and delicious. I would say that if you can handle rude people and crowds, you have to eat here since the food is good. I would prefer to eat it in my car to not have to deal with the people and dining room.
