  • Completely uncaring about the customer and matching attitudes would describe this chain of Longhorn. The bartender there all the nights I was there from out of town had the worst attitude. He never smiled, he seemed irritated to wait on me and would finish his personal conversations before doing his work..like serving people. We only went back cause the weather was horrible and it was close to the hotel. If I go back, I'll never darken those doors.
