  • My friend Lisa, who was visiting Arizona for the first time from Michigan, treated us to a horseback ride with a guide for just the two of us. It was a fantastic experience, thanks to Ben, our knowledgeable and fun guide. We set out at 8 am after a quick lesson from Ben on how to handle our horses. I rode "Clyde," and Lisa rode "River." Both of them were gentle and responsive horses. We rode for about an hour and a half, and got to spend about 20 minutes observing wild horses, including a baby who had been born only about three days earlier! Another little mare came running out to greet us, it was an amazing experience. Thank you, Ben!
