  • Granted, I should have posted this much sooner but... I had back splash of subway tile installed in three locations of my home in 2014. Less than a month later we noticed it the grout was flaking off every time we wiped the granite. No problem, there's a warranty, right? Good luck getting these guys back out to your home. I called the office and sales contact at least a half dozen times prior to warranty expiration and never received a called back.
