rev:text	I have been going to mermaid for years. The past three times have been quite horrible. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and call the last one horrible and the previous two bad. The bad experiences ended with a semi-clean floor (I figured that since it was winter, maybe it was hard to get the junk off the floor?!!?!?) and when the car came to the end, all the workers were wiping it down with wet rags. These rags just ended up leaving streaks everywhere and I had to stop at a gas station to wipe down some of the windows so they would be clean to see out of. The last time, I drove off and started seeing foam flowing down my trunk from the inside. When the workers were wiping down my car at the end, they opened up the trunk multiple times, yet never cleaned up the foam and water that was gathering at the top. I didn't see this, since I was far away, but when I stopped my car and opened the trunk, the water and foam was apparent and dropping into my car, so I had to use Kleenex (stupid me, I don't carry towels in my car for this situation!!) to attempt to clean it up. I decided to inspect the car further, and they had done a mediocre job on cleaning the mats, but I lifted them up and there was dirt everywhere!!! I called the manager to explain and he said I could come back "right now" to have it fixed, but I was late for a dinner. He said I could stop by in the morning, but I had to be at work early. I asked if I could come back that night after work or another morning and I was told no; it either had to be done right away, or not at all. That tactic must work well, because a lot of people have a life and commitments/appointments and can't change everything right away to fit the mermaid schedule. DO NOT go here, you will be extremely disappointed.
