  • We went to see "Frozen" on a Friday night. The theater was fairly crowded. The line to buy tickets moved pretty quickly. We did not like having to go into the mall to enter the theater - not sure why that has to be the route. The seats are incredibly comfortable and roomy. The sound system and projection is top notch. We were in a theater where the sound was way too loud. After asking the manager to decrease the volume, the sound was lowered to a more reasonable decibel level - promptly! Concessions were efficient, and every employee we encountered was courteous and helpful! We would definitely return!
