  • The last few times I came in to get my nails done, the nail techs did not let my nails dry long enough. Two days after I would initially get them done, they started turning black or brown. I complained and they said that when it happens, to come back to the salon and that they'll fix it for free. I do not have the time to be coming back and forth to the salon all because the nail techs are in a rush and won't let my gel polish dry properly. My nail lengths on each hand are also all over the place. My nails on my left hand were noticeably longer than my right hand, and when I pointed it out, the nail tech started getting defensive over it. My nail on my right thumb was also crooked and not straight, and again, when I pointed it out, the nail tech said it was fine. I insisted it was not, and he developed an attitude, but did fix it. I have since changed nail salons.
