  • An interesting outfit. I was sold on the product and services through a broker after purchasing a home. Part of the incentive was the omitting of the installation fee. Pro: Great installation process with a great independent contractor completing the job. Con: I had to wait two months for one of the cameras. Pro: I like the user interface and expandable capabilities. Con: unable to delete humongous collection of saved clips. Pro: Monthly cost is manageable. Con: worst possible communication between sales/brokers and accounting department. Improper and inaccurate credits and payments recorded from day one. Weigh your options first.
