  • Any good reviews that Frank gets I bet their friends with him. Totally didn't care to get a family I know their air conditioning fixed. They went through the day we had 118° degree weather. 7 days of no a.c. didn't put priority on it or anything. Ignored phone calls when he was being called. And very unprofessional.
