  • The front office staff was not rude, but did not greet me at all either time I have been to the Deer Valley office. Sarah and the students that she was with were very nice during my initial consultation and when I had a small procedure done. My first time there was a positive experience- quick in and out. I felt like they answered all my questions and the appiontment was thorough. The waiting time to get my 30 minute procedure done at my next visit was over 2 hours however. I would have also liked it if they gave better warnings and cautions as what to expect with the procedure that I was going to have, especially what restrictions I was going to have afterwards. I was given no at home care instructions as far as warning signs to watch for what to expect as far as healing time at all.
