  • BAIT & SWITCH! used a restaurant.com gift certificate, bringing the total from $55 to $30. I signed a $30 credit card receipt. Later, i see on my statement that they charged the full $55 to my card. That's ILLEGAL. I've called them three times to request a refund. Each time I've been told that "the manager in charge of charge-backs isn't available". Despite leaving messages, i've never gotten a call back. If you DO go, make sure you PAY WITH CASH!
