  • Michael came out to fix a backup in our master toilet. He explained all the things that could be causing the problem and all the ways he would attempt to fix it. We recently moved to AZ from CA and called Sterling based on a recommendation from our handyman. I also checked YELP before calling - I was very happy with the service we received from Michael. We also asked him several questions about other plumbing issues and he answered everything and tried to help. Problem solved, no hassle and friendly service! Thanks~!
