  • Horrible. We lived here when it was country fair. Previously utilities were included. New company has based utilities on a building meter which unfairly determines clients usage. No utilities covered and increased rental rates. Construction has been a nightmare..we spent a month with no safe flooring in the hallways and rotting uncovered stairs. Crimes rates have increased to the point the complex sent out flyers warning of armed robberies and assaults on the complex ground. A shooting occurrd in our build 11/15 police took 35 minutes to arrive at the scene. The rounds fired went through the floor and a neighbors apartment was hit. Armed robbery. Complex refuses.to allow you out of your lease unless you pay 1000 upfront and must wait 60 days. They have no mercy for families with young.children, crime rate high, dangerous neighborhood, not worth the rental for the price. RUN!!!!! Do not rent from these slumlords better properties are available in CU. We will be breaking our lease asap, we have also been dealing with a roach problem in our building for the past year. They refuse to do preventative spraying. Roaches disappear then come back as they only treat when you call. Do not rent from these slumloards!
