  • I was involved in an accident back in November right before Thanksgiving, I was rear ended by a driver who was not paying attention at all. Luckily, the driver at fault and myself were A-OK and both were insured. One of the recommended auto body shops was Sparkle, which just so happened to be blocks away from where the incident happened. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, this was the smoothest part of this whole ordeal. Jill Kleist was the first person we came in contact with and she let us know that we wouldn't be able to get in until Dec 26th. We didn't mind waiting that long because we knew this place had a good reputation (thanks to you yelpers!). Over the first few weeks, Jill sent updated invoices for how much it was going to cost to fix the car, this was very informative and it made me feel like they hadn't forgot about me! Fast forward to December 27th (I was late lol), we dropped my car off and Jill still followed up with updates every few days as to how long the car was going to take. Again, just excellent communication skills on their end. Within 6 days, my car was back in perfect condition. If you need someone to do work on your car, please go to Sparkle Auto Body. They are awesome!
