  • If I could give them a zero, I would! Do NOT use this property management group! I've always owned homes, but we needed to rent. Now that I'm out of this townhouse and into another home with a new property management company, I know how a REAL organization should be run! We never had things fixed, EVER, (doors wouldn't close in the shower, the bedrooms, etc.). The dishwasher, and the washing machine were terrible. The patio completely collapsed and was never repaired before we moved, and we lived like that for 2 months! Donna never took care of anything or would send out incompetents. Nothing was EVER fixed. It always took multiple times calling to get in touch with someone too. Come on, this is why you get paid! DO YOUR JOB!! Terrible experience, terrible response time, can't say enough negatives. Good riddance.
