  • Customer service sucks and cashiers are slow they need to be trained better! Spoke with the manager about me purchasing a hot pot pot that was a defect and told them I will b using since I'm not driving all the way here the same day.. and that I will b using my she told me it's ok and jus bring it back in once I came this way,promised something that didn't go through when I bring back to swap out, very disappointing! Don't tell and promise me "BS" Bullshit! Claudia, Mia, Lupa are liars and poor customer service!
