  • MONKEY WRENCH PLUMBING Fantastic customer service. Fantastic workmanship. Fantastic response time. We had new countertops and sinks installed in our kitchen and bathrooms and the contractor suggested we replace the old copper water pipes that had been bent many times over the years. I made a few 'blind' calls because we had never used a plumber before. I knew it was risky to just pick a plumber from a web search, however, I did not have much choice; the water was turned off to our whole house. I made several calls and did get ahold a few plumbers and decided to go with Monte at Monkey Wrench because he explained, over the phone, the prices for each component that needed replacing. He told me not to pay more than the amount he gave me for each sink, if I decided to go with someone else. He offered to call me back while he worked on the afternoon schedule to get one of his plumbers over that day. He was able to get two of his guys over within a couple of hours and they did a super job. They replaced all the old copper pipes, made sure all the connections were water tight and the water was flowing properly, they cleaned up after they were done, and they were polite, cordial and were both clean and appropriately dressed. We were so pleased with Brad and Matthews' work that we had them redo the ugly hardware to one of our toilets, install a new drinking water purifier and assemble an automatic soap dispenser. Monkey Wrench Plumbing is a family company, and Kimmie was just as delightful to work with as her husband Monte. Kimmie does the scheduling and billing, and with all the work we decided to have Monkey Wrench do for us, we needed to schedule a few visits. We highly recommend Monkey Wrench Plumbing!
