  • I would like to post an update to my prior review. Although my experience with the practice was less than positive as previously indicated, Victoria, the business owner and her associate Chris did a very good job of addressing my concerns and refunding the appropriate amount of money to me. They indicated to me that they would be establishing a Patient Follow up Representative, who would call patients after their respective visits and be available to answer any questions or address any concerns. It is nice to hear that they are working on improving their customer service procedures and I wish them only the very best!
