| - Going to a restaurant with my parents is always such a hassle. They complain about food, ambience, price, and whatever else they can. Eleven was one of the only places that didn't incite a storm of complaints.
We went for brunch and got the brunch prie-fixe options, each of us choosing a drink, appetizer, and entree.
From the fresh squeezed orange juice to the perfectly medium rare steak, the whole meal experience was amazing. They provided complimentary croissants and muffins, made fresh daily (which were amazing as well).
In terms of appetizers, I'd recommend the seafood or the hash. The salad is slightly unorthodox (for us anyway).
I think any of the entree options are great, though the steak and eggs came with a deep-fried poached egg, which was as amazing as it sounds.
The server was polite, the ambience was fancy, and the timing of each course was perfect - the entree was up in a timely manner after we all finished our appetizers (and every dish came out exactly at the same time).
So overall, A+ for everything. It wasn't even the most expensive brunch place you could go to, but it's one of the best places you could go.
