rev:text	Never again!! I booked online for a 7:00am pickup time. I indicated on the form that I was cutting it incredibly close if I were to catch my flight at Mesa Gateway Airport on time (but I had no choice, I had to get my kids to school before I could head to the airport). I received a confirmation email, but no phone call. I was nervous about someone showing up based on other reviews, so at 5:00 that morning I called to confirm my taxi. Supposedly, there was no record of my online booking, so a rather rude and confused woman took my information. I must have repeated my name and address four separate times, and she kept screwing up what I told her. At 6:59, one minute before I HAD to leave, I received a phone call from my driver. He was sweet and apologetic, but although was given the correct address for my house, the cross-streets he was given didn't seem right. I live in northeast Gilbert...the cross-streets he was given by the office was in Tempe! He said it would be 7:30 before he could get to me, since he was near Tempe, NOT Gilbert. I had to quickly pack up my car and park in long-term parking. What should have been a $14 taxi ride ended up being a $42 parking fee! Absolutely disgusted with this company!! FIND ANOTHER TAXI!
