  • We have been coming to this restaurant for YEARS but not anymore. Horrible managers and staff. Based on the previous, NEWER reviews, it looks like this is an on going problem. At a BUFFETT we are being told HOW to eat our food. Even when my mother couldn't use chopsticks, this restaurant really tried telling her she could only use chopsticks. Besides that, we ate all the meat off our kalbi bones, but the manager still insisted that there was more meat. Horrible customer service and their common sense to be even more morbid! It's like they're operating this business with their eyes closed hahahah. On top of that, there was a cockroach in the damn buffet food! It's only a matter of time that they're out of business because they lack the basic mental capacity to understand how to act to customers. There are many other exponentially better restaurants similar in town. Go there instead. It's the smarter decision. You'll lose brain cells walking into this failing joint. These people are the reason why they put directions on shampoo bottles.
