Booked online, several weeks before our trip, for both Airport-to-hotel and Hotel-to-Airport. The airport pick-up was ok although we waited a while at the airport for the van to get full.
Things got very ugly for the way back. The van showed up 1 hour late. In the meantime, I called FOUR times. Couldn't get someone on the phone two times, and the remaining times, the operator kept saying "the van is arriving, the van is arriving". The van arrived actually 40min later (for the first call) and 20min later (for the second call). Pretty lame. I was calling for an Uber, since we were going to miss our flight when the van actually showed up. The drivers told us he wasn't late, he was on schedule for his 5:50pm pickup. problem is I was written on his schedule for 4:50pm... Go figure. I would probably never use them again, but to be fair the first trip was ok. So would only recommend to avoid using them for any hotels pickup since they don't seem to now what their doing. By the way to even bother trying getting your money back or some sort of compensation, they don't seem to understand what customer service is neither...
