  • Recently moved here from Chicago. I've been looking for some great skirt steaks with not much luck. I found the meat shop who said they had skirt steaks. They actually cut them fresh the morning I showed up. I cooked them on the grill last night for my family and my sister's family and everybody loved them. This was a great find!
