| - I do NOT recommend this company at all!! They are a husband and wife team who appeared to be kind and professional, at first, which was why I thought I was booking them. Unfortunately, they outsource their videographers. I had no clue who the videographer was that showed up to my wedding. After I had already signed the contract and paid for 4 hours, the week before my wedding, they asked me if I wanted to purchase another few hours since I would only have my 30 minute ceremony on the video. Apparently, the way they calculate travel and set up time, it would've taken them 3.5 hours for that alone, leaving me only 30 minutes on my actual video. I inquired why it would take them so long when they calculated travel time to be 2 hours, when the ceremony venue was only a 15-minute drive, with traffic, from the reception venue. After discussing this with them, they emailed, "well, your going to lose and hour right there but, hey, you seem like a pro at this stuff so we will pack up and leave at 8PM." Rude and unprofessional! And something I DID NOT want to deal with a week before my wedding! They also do not send invoice reminders to their customers. Instead of reminding us, they were going to make us forfeit our deposit and labeled a "breach of contract" if it were not for my amazing wedding coordinator who found out for me that the last payment was due. They claimed they had been trying to email me, but they had my email address already since that was how we had been corresponding and I had never once received and email or a phone call. Even my wedding planner found it difficult to reach them when she was tallying up the final payments for my wedding vendors. After receiving the video, I was better off having my family and friends record it because the quality was so poor. I even "gave in" and paid for the extra hour and it wasn't even on the reel. The video was blurry as if it were recorded on a cell phone camera, and the "highlight" reel captured none of the important parts of my wedding. I got what I paid for that was for sure. If I could do this all over again, I would have allotted more of my budget towards a more trustworthy, ethical, professional, and higher quality videographer.
Make sure you don't own a business. They will say you're a "nightmare" for leaving HONEST reviews.
