  • (9:00 pm) They were out of prime rib, so I settled for rib eye steak (12oz). First one was tough, so the waiter brought another. It was not much better. Asparagus was steamed and small stalks. They were good, but needed something to boost the flavor. Waiter was good and worth the tip. Suggestion: Prime Rib order early evening, Rib eye, don't order. It's a crap shoot at longhorn steak. Asparagus if you like it. Also, order it early evening, they run out of lemon sauce for it. Longhorn is now trying to compete with Outback for the worst steaks.
