  • I have lived in apartments for last 30 years. Usually a good experience. The management and maintenance staff are so unprofessional. To get you in they will just through hoops. Once you are in they ignore all request. We moved to Vegas in November from California. They helped us with the transfer and it went smooth over all. Once we moved in we had a few things that needed to be fixed. They came 2 weeks later to fix the easy stuff. The freezer didn't work took almost a month to fix they came out messed with it twice still didn't work. Finally told them I want refrigerator that works so they pull it from another unit. Light didn't work in closet took 4 months to fix and 6 times to come look at it. Maintenance staff has no idea what they are doing. The bath tubs were all scratched up from previous tenants so they painted it with a latex paint they comes off with every bath and cleaning. We had the apartment sprayed every week for roaches they never got rid of them again management never carried. Our lease was finally up go to put in my 30 day notice. They told me they need a 60 day notice which I never heard of but was in the contract once I looked at it. We moved out a month in half a head of time in to a house so paid are rent up to the move out date. We went back to clean the apartment before we had to turn in the keys. The maintenance staff went in with out permission and pulled out our appliances and messed with stuff. Which made it hard to clean up the kitchen since they pulled the dishwasher out and could not use the sink.
