  • Great communication, he returned my initial call the evening that I left a message and got me scheduled. The following day I was able to text him pictures of the water feature so that he could give me a more accurate estimate. He texted me as he headed to the house and verified that he did not need me there to get started. When I arrived his truck and trailer were professional and presentable and he had signs set up to let the neighbors know what was going on. He was hard at work, chest deep in the pool so just kept an eye on his progress as I got my stuff done in the house. He operated efficiently blasting a section and then hosing down that area and the adjacent cool decking keeping the work area looking nice as he went. After all the tile was complete he performed a final cleaning of the cool deck area, paying great attention to detail, cleaning the edge areas where the hoses had created black marks as he worked. He explained to me what I needed to do to get the clarity of the water back. At this point I had to head out for a bit and when I returned he had the hose running ot fill the pool (we discussed that I would be back in time to monitor), other then that and the very clean tile you couldn't even tell he had been there. Water was back to normal overnight with no issues. Cost was a little less then I estimated and was well worth it. I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
