  • I bought my bike from them about 5 months ago and paid the extra money for an aftermarket warranty. Just last week I started getting some gnarley engine noises so I called the warranty company (rpm one) to sort out the details. To my surprise I was told they had no account with my info, despite me having a signed contract with account number and everything sitting right in front of me. I immediately called Eagle rider to see what went wrong. I was told by the woman I spoke with that it looked like RPM one (warranty company) must have mixed things up because I also had gap insurance thru them and they got confused. She said they will "resubmit it today" and that the warranty people should have it straightened out by the next day. Well the next 2 days they were closed (weekend). So today (monday) I call warranty people to go see if I can take my bike in the shop yet, and I was told that they have finally received my contract info, but that EagleRider never submitted it the first time, and now they won't have it all set up until Friday. So now, 5 month as after I purchased my bike along with my warranty, I have a issue with my bike and cannot even take it into a shop yet. I have to wait a week to even get someone to look at my bike because Eagle rider failed to submit the paperwork over the coarse of the last 5 months. I use my bike to commute to work 5 days a week, and Eagle rider was very insensitive as to how much they inconvenienced me. The warranty people made it seem like eaglerider does this often, and even went on to say that I wasn't the only one they screwed over. The more I deal with Eagle rider the more sketchy they seem. Buyer beware - avoid this place at all cost, as they don't seem to care about their customers.
