I've been to this restaurant 3 times now. First was when they just opened. I liked the decor and menu selection. We ordered 2 different ramen and zaru soba. All noodles tasted not fully cooked and broth wasn't impressive. Service was pretty good but overall, we were disappointed.
Because the place is so close to my house, we wanted to like the place and gave another try. Second time we went, it was packed but had only one server. Service was friendly but slow. At least noodles tasted better.
Then finally the third time we went, the restaurant now seemed all in place and settled. Service was prompt, very friendly and attentive, and noodles were perfect texture. We ordered tonkotsu, spicy tonkotsu miso, ten zaru, gyoza and pumpkin croquette (i tried potato croquette before but pumpkin croquette was more flavorful) and all tasted very good. I was satisfied with food and service. So glad they have improved since they first opened and now met our expectations! I'm definitely going back!
